For everything else, our role is to coordinate the right next step, whether that is a referral to a board-certified specialist, on-site dispensing of products your pet needs to leave with that day, or guidance on the wider resources available to families in Fraser Heights, North Surrey, Guildford, and Port Kells.
When a case is best handled by a board-certified specialist, we refer to trusted partner hospitals in the Lower Mainland with full continuity of care. Common referral pathways include cardiology, internal medicine, surgery, neurology, oncology, dermatology, and dentistry. We share your dog or cat's records, recent diagnostics, and a clear summary so the specialist starts where we left off, not from the beginning. After the referral visit, your pet returns to us for follow-up care.
When your dog or cat needs to leave our Fraser Heights clinic with products in hand, we have them ready. On-site dispensing means you do not need to make a second stop for items related to their visit, whether for parasite prevention, dietary support, or follow-up products specific to your pet's care plan. Items are reviewed and explained with you before you leave so you know exactly what they are for and how to use them.
For routine products, refills, and food deliveries, our Online Store offers convenient ordering directly to your home in Fraser Heights, North Surrey, Guildford, or Port Kells. Yes. Once our veterinarian has recommended a therapeutic diet for your pet, we can supply it through the clinic or set up delivery through our online store for ongoing refills. We'll also check in at wellness visits to confirm the diet is still the right fit.
If your pet's situation warrants specialist evaluation, we'll contact the specialty hospital on your behalf, share medical records, and book the appointment. After the specialist consult, we remain your primary veterinary team and coordinate any follow-up care back at our clinic.
